Family trip to the Mayborn!

When we got home from Vegas, we wanted to spend some good time with Cara. On Friday afternoon, since Chance was still off work, we decided to go to the Mayborn Museum. They had a really cool Science of Fear exhibit, which we breezed through, since it was only cool to us and not Cara. We spent a lot of time in the children's rooms letting her play at each of the activities.

You could tell that she was excited and taking it all in, and it made us look forward to future years when she can run around herself and play. I'll let the pictures do the talking, but we had so much fun and are glad to have this great place in our town!

{Cara rode in the baby car (which she might be getting for her birthday...shhhh...) and on the saddle, and we had a tea party, even though she would rather chew and bang on the cups.}

{She loved saying "oooooh" at the animals and playing on the drums in the teepee. She's been drumming at Mimi's and Nana's, so she's getting to be a pro!}

{And you know she LOVED splashing in the water! She sat on the piano keys, but wasn't heavy enough to make them press down. :)}

As you can tell, we had a blast! Can't wait for our next trip.
